Deborah Washington, BA, is an accomplished senior level corporate professional experienced in managing major facilities service projects for government, corporate, industrial, manufacturing and healthcare facilities. Her areas of expertise include comprehensive facility management and leadership of all facility operations functions in areas including plant operations and maintenance, janitorial and housekeeping, grounds and landscaping, technical services, equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and logistics management. Ms. Washington specializes in surveys, measurements, staffing and pricing client accounts efficiently. She is responsible for the quality, productivity and safety of 550 production personnel and has provided quality leadership and effective communications for 1,250 facility personnel. She is Motir’s key decision maker for hiring all operation managers, area managers, project managers, supervisors, leads, floor techs and general cleaners.
