Lewis Kelley

Lewis Kelley, MBA, SM, ALB, is primarily skilled in contract operations and IT systems with a strong background in planning, budgeting and project management, and a demonstrated record of developing and implementing solutions to multidimensional complex operational problems with expert knowledge in Software Development & Systems Architecture, Total Quality Management and Business Process Reengineering. He has extensive experience as an instructor, trainer, lecturer and administrator; planning and supervising operations for training activities; manpower, technical equipment, and facility coordination; personnel training, evaluation, and scheduling; administration and supervision of the maintenance and preparation of records, reports, and correspondence; troubleshooting and resolving operational and training problems; directing the design of software applications; and reviewing and assisting project leaders in the coordination of development tasks, including resource planning, scheduling time and cost estimates and project specifications.
