Yardia Lawrence, BS, is a senior executive management professional with extensive knowledge of more than twenty years experience in operations management, project management, quality management, and personnel management. Her areas of responsibility include contract negotiation, scheduling, recruitment, retention, start-up contracts, contract turn-arounds and acquisitions; human resource management in the staffing industry environment; strategic planning and implementation; and payroll supervision. She has successfully directed operations and financial management of fifty-two hospital contracts.
