DHS headquarters is currently located at the Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC) in Northwest Washington, DC. The scope of work included demolition of existing interior and exterior signage and restoration of existing surfaces to properly install new exterior and interior signage. Exterior signage includes installation of numerous precast monoliths and masonry. This was a high security clearance project and therefore proper personnel clearance and sequence of work were important to the client to ensure that the campus ran smoothly while construction was underway.
