GSA contracted MOTIR Services, Inc., for emergency repairs of failing drywall suspended approximately 60’overhead at the entrance to the building. Tenants of 633 judiciary include US Tax Court and other Federal agencies. Work also included repair to every balconies surrounding the perimeter of the building to combat future failure of these exterior ceilings. The building was originally construction as High Rise apartments in the early 80’s and converted to Federal office space in the early 1990’s.
