The Anacostia Gateway building is one of the initial landmark projects in the revival of the Anacostia area. This project included the construction of an approximately 120,000 sq. ft. office building, which includes 50,000 sq. ft. of underground parking garage and mixed use of commercial and retail space. The project required extensive sheeting, shoring and streetscape.
