The Unified Communication Center (USS) is a state-of-the-art integrated municipal call center built in Southeast Washington, DC. The facility will house the newly formed agency, the Office of Unified Communications (OUC) and will consolidate “command and control” function for Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Management Agency, and Public Service. MOTIR Construction completed the build out and installation of thirty-three call center consoles to accommodate the transition for the District of Columbia’s 311 programs.
