Through the Home Initiative Revitalization Program, MOTIR Construction joined the District of Columbia in revitalizing house for occupancy for families in need. MOTIR  Construction completed the rehabilitation and renovation of fourteen row houses and presented them to the residents of the city and their families at a ceremony attended by the Mayor of the District of Columbia, Anthony Williams, and other distinguished guests.
